About the Role The Business Consultant will architect, design, migrate, and implement a cloud-native SaaS product in supply chain demand and supply planning for the Manufacturing and Retail Industry segment. The role requires a passion for working with new technologies and products, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly. The consultant will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess existing customer solutions for migration to Cognitive Planning
• Conduct business process analysis and design/construction phases of projects
• Design and build customer proof-of-concepts and demos
• Create templates and artifacts for reusability and automation
• Prepare and deliver presentations to user, management, and executive level audiences
• Assist Project Managers in planning efforts
• Communicate business cases to stakeholders regarding future product functionality and enhancements
• Develop and execute test scripts to ensure software meets customer business objectives
• Develop functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens

Requirements

• Develop and modify procedural and system documentation throughout projects
• Create detailed tasks on overall project plans
• Ensure knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project teams
• Provide advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology
• Apply thought leadership in Product Solution areas to customer situations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Utilize Azure cloud-native technologies to design and implement SaaS products
