A boutique that grew up — without growing out of its principles.

Techila was founded in 2011 by three architects who believed the consulting model was broken. Too many juniors. Too many hand-offs. Too many business cases lost in translation between strategy, delivery, and operate.

Fifteen years later, we have delivered more than 1,100 projectsacross the Salesforce platform — for Fortune 500 banks, Fortune 200 industrials, national healthcare payers and Europe's largest retailers.

We are independent, founder-led, and profitable. We have never taken outside investment, and never will. That independence is what lets us say no to a bad programme, staff a good one with only senior people, and keep our word to clients over the long horizon.
