About the Role The Dotnet Architect will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable, high-quality components and services that align with team and company goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting and developing end-to-end flows in a distributed/microservices application architecture. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-quality components and services that align with team and company goals.
• Contribute to technical decision-making, including solution design and architecture, with a focus on addressing technical debt, reliability, and system performance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Proactively monitor and improve system performance, identifying and resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly, adapting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Take a proactive approach to support, digging into issues to identify root causes and developing long-term, proactive solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Document and share knowledge effectively to elevate the team’s technical expertise.
• Champion best practices in software development, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.
• Write unit tests and testable code, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Develop .NET Core n-Tier Cross Platform Applications using React, TypeScript, ASP.NET MVC, .NET, SQL Server, NUnit, xUnit, AWS, TeamCity, Octopus, Datadog, and Sumo Logic.
• Have a minimum of 9 years of experience in software engineering, including excellent knowledge of C#, .NET, and object-oriented concepts.
• Demonstrate experience with architecting and developing end-to-end flows in a distributed/microservices application architecture.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly, adapting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Consistently meet sprint and quarterly commitments while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Have experience writing unit tests and testable code.
