About the Role We are seeking a skilled Python Node Devops Developer/Architect to design, deploy, and manage cloud-based systems, focusing on cloud and containerization, scripting and automation, conversational AI, and telephony. The ideal candidate will have experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and containerized services. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to deploy and operate production-like workloads on AWS and manage containerized services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage EC2 instances, S3 storage, IAM roles, and VPC networking on AWS.
• Deploy and manage containerized services using Kubernetes, including pods, deployments, and services.
• Implement serverless automation using Lambda, including provisioning scripts and event triggers.
• Develop and maintain scripts using Python, PowerShell, and Bash for automation and orchestration.
• Design and implement conversational AI flows, including intent taxonomy and entity extraction.
• Integrate REST APIs for AI backends, including consuming LLM summary, NLU, and ASR/TTS services.
• Configure and manage Session Border Controllers, WebRTC, and VoIP protocols.
• Design and implement data formats, including JSON, YAML, CSV, and INI.

Requirements

• Experience with AWS, including EC2, S3, IAM, and VPC.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, including deploying and managing containerized services.
• Proficiency in Python 3.x, including REST API clients and JSON processing.
• Experience with PowerShell 5.1+, including orchestration scripts and parameter handling.
• Knowledge of Bash/Shell scripting, including environment provisioning and log management.
• Experience with T-SQL/SQL Server, including SELECT statements and stored functions.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, including custom logic within conversational AI flow nodes.

Good to Have

• Verint Product Knowledge, including Verint Channel Automation, Verint IVA Studio, and Verint WFO/WFE.
• Experience with AI/LLM API integration, including OpenAI and Amazon Bedrock.
• Knowledge of contact centre or CCaaS domain, including call routing and workforce analytics.
• Experience building and operating pre-sales or demo environments for enterprise software.
• Multi-locale and internationalisation experience, including managing configurations across multiple language variants.
