About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sr. Applications Analyst to lead application solution design, development, enhancements, and maintenance initiatives on the Salesforce platform, with expertise in Conga CLM and Conga X-Author. The ideal candidate will work with business stakeholders to design scalable solutions, optimize processes, and ensure effective application performance. The role involves collaborating with various teams in an Agile delivery model to ensure best practices, governance, and security standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Architect and configure solutions for Conga CLM including contract creation, approvals, workflows, renewals, and integrations.
- Design and implement Conga X-Author for Excel solutions for data management, reporting, and document automation.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations including flows, workflows, reports, dashboards, security model, and automation.
- Perform application enhancements, defect fixes, and continuous improvements.
- Create functional and technical design documents.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
- Participate in testing, release management, deployment, and production readiness activities.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams in Agile delivery model.
Requirements
- Develop solutions with 6+ years of experience in Salesforce design, development, and application maintenance.
- Utilize strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration / Configuration.
- Apply experience in Conga CLM and Conga X-Author for Excel.
- Leverage knowledge of Salesforce architecture, objects, flows, reports, dashboards, profiles, permission sets.
- Understand contract lifecycle management processes.
- Demonstrate strong solution design and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Obtain Salesforce Admin / Platform certification.
- Gain experience with Apex, Lightning Components, APIs, and integrations.
- Get exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology.
