About the Role We are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver ServiceNow projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and ServiceNow consultants to ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions across IT and business processes. The goal is to deliver projects successfully, managing stakeholders, and leading teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute ServiceNow projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and ServiceNow consultants.
- Ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions across IT and business processes.
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams, including both technical and business resources.
- Identify and mitigate issues, risks, and solutions proactively.
- Implement ServiceNow modules, following implementation methodologies and platform capabilities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively.
Requirements
- Manage IT projects with strong planning, execution, and delivery skills.
- Utilize knowledge of ServiceNow modules, implementation methodologies, and platform capabilities.
- Apply understanding of workflows, integrations, scripting, and ITSM processes (ITIL).
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Proactively identify issues, risks, and solutions.
- Apply experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project management approaches.
- Hold Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Hold ServiceNow System Administrator or Implementation Specialist certifications.
- Have 5-10+ years of experience in ServiceNow Project Management.
