About the Role This role involves leading the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex modules, defining and evolving front-end and back-end architecture, and driving standards for implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-stack development, React, and Next.js, and will be responsible for mentoring team members and conducting code reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Own design, development, testing, and deployment of complex modules.
• Define and evolve front-end and back-end architecture.
• Lead React and Next.js implementation using best practices.
• Drive standards for Figma to React implementation and reusable UI components.
• Design and integrate scalable APIs.
• Optimize PostgreSQL schemas, indexing, and queries.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Lead containerization and deployments using Docker and AWS ECS/S3.
• Ensure application security, performance, and reliability.
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews.

Requirements

• Have 6 – 12 years of experience in advanced TypeScript and full-stack development.
• Possess strong React and Next.js expertise.
• Have experience in Figma to React implementation leadership.
• Be proficient in GitHub, GitHub Actions (CI/CD).
• Have experience in PostgreSQL optimization.
• Have knowledge of AWS (S3, ECS).
• Be skilled in Docker (containerization).
