About the Role This role is responsible for managing the publishing of optimized content through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS, ensuring technical SEO requirements are met, and conducting comprehensive keyword research for content optimization. The goal is to improve search engine ranking and provide data-driven recommendations to product and content teams. Success in this role means achieving timely and accurate publishing, identifying high-value opportunities, and maintaining competitive strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the timely and accurate publishing of optimized content and web pages through the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS.
  • Audit AEM templates and components to ensure they meet technical SEO requirements.
  • Train and advise AEM content authors on best practices for using AEM fields for SEO metadata, alt text, and internal linking.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for content optimization and site expansion.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices, including optimizing meta titles, descriptions, and URL structures within the AEM environment.
  • Execute technical SEO audits and work with development teams to resolve issues impacting crawlability and indexing.
  • Monitor core web vitals and other performance metrics relevant to search engine ranking.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track, analyze, and report on organic search performance, traffic trends, and conversion rates.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to the product and content teams based on SEO performance and competitor analysis.
  • Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt and maintain competitive strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in AEM publishing and workflow management
  • Knowledge of technical SEO requirements and best practices
  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and keyword research
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Ability to analyze and report on organic search performance, traffic trends, and conversion rates
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithm updates and industry trends
