AI/ ML Engineer Bangalore, Chennai, Pune · Full-time · Hybrid

About the Role We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team, with a focus on ML engineering and shipping LLM-powered products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conversational AI and experience working with cloud AI services. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to deliver high-quality products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy LLM-powered products, such as RAG, agents, chatbots, and copilots
  • Utilize proficiency in Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector DBs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and cloud AI services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-facing conversational AI solutions
  • Work on enterprise GenAI, retail/e-commerce assistants, and other related projects
  • Apply knowledge of ML engineering to drive product innovation and improvement
  • Utilize cloud AI services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, and Azure OpenAI to deliver high-quality products

Requirements

  • Have 3 to 6 years of experience in ML engineering
  • Possess at least 1-2 years of experience shipping LLM-powered products
  • Be proficient in Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector DBs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and cloud AI services
  • Hold a BTech or M.Tech degree in CS, AI/ML, or a related field
  • Have experience with cloud AI services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, and Azure OpenAI

Good to Have

  • Prior work experience on customer-facing conversational AI, enterprise GenAI, or retail/e-commerce assistants
