About the Role The role of a Talent Acquisition Specialist is to identify, attract, and hire the best talent to meet the organization's needs. The successful candidate will be a part of a dynamic team and will be responsible for ensuring that the hiring process is efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Source potential candidates through various channels
- Conduct interviews and assessments to select the best candidates
- Negotiate job offers and close deals
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Utilize recruitment tools and technology to streamline the hiring process

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
