About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced SFDC QA Lead to join their team, leading quality assurance efforts for Salesforce.com implementations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SFDC QA and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for SFDC projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Lead a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues to stakeholders as needed
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Conduct thorough testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues
Requirements
- Have 8-10 years of experience in SFDC QA, with a strong understanding of Salesforce.com platform and its ecosystem
- Lead QA teams and develop testing strategies
- Possess strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Have experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium or Appium
