Job Description

Java React with Alfresco Developer Pune · Full-time · Hybrid

About the Role We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, React.js, and Alfresco ECM to develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications, integrate content management solutions, and build scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing Alfresco Content Services and related workflows. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to design, develop, and maintain high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
  • Develop and customize Alfresco Content Services (ACS) and related workflows.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Integrate Alfresco with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js.
  • Create and maintain Alfresco workflows using Activiti/APS.
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and follow best development practices.
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

  • Develop strong experience in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices.
  • Have hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux.
  • Have experience with Alfresco Content Services (ACS), Alfresco Share, ADF, and repository customization.
  • Possess knowledge of Alfresco workflows, content modeling, and integrations.
  • Have experience in REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
  • Have hands-on experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
  • Have experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

Good to Have

  • Have experience with Alfresco Digital Framework (ADF).
  • Possess knowledge of Angular/TypeScript.
  • Have experience in enterprise content management (ECM) solutions.
  • Have exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
  • Understand Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
