About the Role We are looking for a Data Scientist with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The role involves working with data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning. Success in this role will depend on strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data using Python, R, and SQL
  • Develop statistical models and machine learning algorithms
  • Apply data standards such as CDISC, OMOP, and HL7
  • Build cohorts and segment data for analysis
  • Ensure quality assurance of data
  • Develop and maintain scalable analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with teams using Agile methodologies
  • Design and develop minimum viable products and workflows

Requirements

  • Utilize Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and reporting
  • Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
  • Implement data standards such as CDISC, OMOP, and HL7
  • Build and manage cohorts
  • Segment data for analysis
  • Ensure data quality assurance
  • Work with Databricks, GitHub, and scalable analytics tools
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
  • Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders
