Key Responsibilities

• Own project administration for a defined set of accounts.
• Support the project set-up process in internal systems, in partnership with Finance and Resource Management.
• Maintain accurate project data throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring information reflects Full Times and engagement changes.
• Monitor and report on overall project health.
• Complete project closure activities in a timely and organized manner.
• Support other reasonable business needs as requested by leadership.

Requirements

• Earn a Bachelor’s degree.
• Have 0-3 years of experience in a digital or related professional environment.
• Possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrate effective time management.
• Show strong feedback and stakeholder reporting ability with complete ownership.
• Be familiar with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel.
• Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Be comfortable working independently while remaining collaborative and open to guidance.
