About the Role Seeking a seasoned SharePoint Specialist with over 10 years of expertise in architecting and supporting enterprise-level collaboration systems. The candidate should demonstrate mastery in SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments, complemented by a background in ASP.NET and the Power Platform. The role involves designing and maintaining robust SharePoint solutions, analyzing business needs, and developing scalable technical frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust SharePoint solutions across cloud and on-premises architectures.
• Analyze business needs to develop scalable technical frameworks following governance standards.
• Engineer custom web parts and workflows using C#, ASP.NET, and modern Microsoft technologies.
• Architect automated business processes utilizing Power Apps and Power Automate flow designs.
• Oversee content management structures including metadata, libraries, and security permissions.
• Implement integration patterns using REST APIs and CSOM for enterprise application connectivity.
• Build responsive UI components through JavaScript, HTML, and SharePoint Framework customizations.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical hurdles within production environments.
• Enforce compliance with enterprise governance and performance optimization benchmarks.
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders and cross-functional leaders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce technical documentation, deployment strategies, and operational knowledge transfer guides.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps applications that meet business and operational requirements.
• Build, enhance, and support Power Automate solutions, including Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.
• Develop and manage integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, Custom Connectors, and Power Platform integration capabilities.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing applications and automation solutions.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions, technical design reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a relevant engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of IT experience focusing on Microsoft technology stacks.
• Deep proficiency in C# and ASP.NET application engineering.
• Extensive hands-on capability with SharePoint 2013-2019 and Online environments.
• Proven delivery of business solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Strong understanding of document management, site architecture, and governance models.
• Experience utilizing CSOM, REST APIs, and various integration services.
• Fluency in client-side languages including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Adept at troubleshooting, production support, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps automation workflows.
• Superior communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Automate Desktop.
• Strong Knowledge Of Dataverse architecture, security, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Power Automate Desktop solutions involving Microsoft Excel automation.
