About the Role We are seeking a highly driven and independent Production Operations Specialist to deliver reliable, high-quality Production Support. Requirements

• Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication with emphasis on clarity and context.
• Operate autonomously in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Manage investigations and documentation with strong organizational skills.
• Have experience in Production Support or operational roles within technology environments.
• Possess deep working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) order lifecycle and integrations.
• Have hands-on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) order flows and exceptions.
• Have working knowledge of IBM Sterling OMS, plus understanding of integration patterns.
• Be familiar with REST/SOAP APIs, log analysis, and monitoring tools.
