About the Role We are looking for a senior Machine Learning Engineering leader with strong expertise in MLOps, GCP, Vertex AI, Python, and SQL, coupled with the ability to lead teams and drive enterprise-scale AI/ML initiatives. The role requires a strong technical background and leadership experience to guide the team and drive MLOPs projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Machine Learning, MLOps, and AI engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams and drive enterprise-scale AI/ML initiatives
• Technically guide the team and drive MLOPs projects
• Build and manage end-to-end ML pipelines on GCP, especially Vertex AI
• Deploy, monitor, retrain, and run models in production at scale
• Implement CI/CD, orchestration, and automation for ML engineering
• Set standards and frameworks for scalable AI/ML solutions
• Mentor others and drive scalable AI/ML solutions across projects
• Drive production ML engineering and automation

Requirements

• Have 12-18 years of total experience
• Possess strong overall experience with relevant depth in Machine Learning / MLOps / AI engineering
• Have hands-on MLOps experience on GCP / Vertex AI
• Have experience building and managing end-to-end ML pipelines on GCP
• Have worked on deployment, monitoring, retraining, CI/CD, orchestration, and running models in production at scale
• Have leadership experience and ability to lead teams
• Have experience with MLOps, GCP, Vertex AI, Python, and SQL
