About the Role The Technical Program Manager will lead high-performing engineering teams, drive technical vision, and align it with business goals. The role requires expertise in microservice architecture, distributed systems, and AI/ML concepts. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and scaling engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving technical excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale high-performing engineering teams to drive technical vision and align it with business goals.
  • Drive technical vision and align it with business goals to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor senior engineers to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices-based systems using Java 17-21 and Spring Boot 3.x.
  • Provide hands-on guidance in backend development using Java 17-21 and Spring Boot 3.x.
  • Oversee frontend architecture using React 18, TypeScript, Vite, and Material UI (MUI).
  • Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering teams to ensure delivery of complex projects.
  • Conduct performance reviews, career planning, and skill development initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex projects with high quality and on-time execution.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define roadmaps and manage sprint planning.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Strong experience with Java (17-21) and Spring Boot (3.x preferred).
  • Expertise in microservice architecture and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, Redux, and Webpack.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially AI-powered analytics and automation.
  • Experience working with LLMs/Agentic AI framework (orchestration prompt workflow, tool usage).
  • Strong knowledge of REST API's, event-driven systems, and cloud-native architecture.
  • Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain or similar orchestration tools.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of data platforms (data lakes, streaming, real-time analytics).
  • Experience with Kubernetes and containerization.
  • Security and governance in AI systems.

Good to Have

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL).
