About the Role We are seeking a Junior GRC Analyst to maintain and improve the cybersecurity Policies Program, handling the lifecycle of policies, security standards, and technical security requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the information security field and experience in policy management lifecycle management. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to proactively handle identified risks and effectively communicate policy updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually improve the cybersecurity Policies Program, handling the lifecycle of policies, security standards, and technical security requirements from document creation to publication.
• Prepare communication materials for go-to-market efforts.
• Process and evaluate risk exceptions to security policies, standards, and technical security requirements.
• Work together with business requestors to make certain identified risks are proactively handled through both mitigation and complete remediation.

Requirements

• Manage the lifecycle of policies, security standards, and technical security requirements from document creation to publication.
• Have 3+ years of consistent track record in the information security field with experience in policy management lifecycle management encompassing creation, communication, and delivery.
• Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to build, refine, personalize, and deliver policy updates.
• Possess comprehensive and effective communication skills to build go-to-market communications as policy documents are published.
• Demonstrate teamwork skills and a team-first demeanor in a global environment.
• Exhibit sharp analytical and critical thinking abilities along with clear and confident written and verbal communication capabilities.

What We Offer

• Hybrid work mode with 3 days office per week, minimum 7 hours per day.
• Full Time with a minimum duration of 6 months and an on-roll option.
