About the Role This role involves coordinating with developers and product owners to complete QA testing of Salesforce functionality, designing detailed test cases, and performing cross-functional testing. The goal is to ensure thorough validation and timely completion of tests.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with developers and product owners to complete QA testing of functionality.
- Design detailed test cases based on business process flow to ensure thorough validation.
- Perform cross-functional testing across functional and integrations.
- Develop, review, and execute test scenarios/scripts and formal plans to validate product functionality against requirements and specifications.
- Perform functional, security, and regression testing of enhancement/incident-fix releases.
- Coordinate with regional business leads, business testers, and build teams to resolve reported defects and issues from UAT.
- Ensure timely completion of tests and clear communication of results.
- Support regular audit team requests for information on test processes.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve application enhancement development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Stay current with the latest testing tools, techniques, and methodologies and provide recommendations on testing standards, practices, and documentation.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce testing.
- Experience with Salesforce (primary skill).
- 0-1 year of experience in Workday.
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode.
- Ability to work in shift timings (2 pm to 11 pm).
