Key Responsibilities

• Utilize expert-level knowledge of Java internals, including the Java Memory Model (JMM), multi-threading, custom class loaders, and Java NIO.
• Apply a deep understanding of modern CPU architecture, including L1/L2/L3 cache lines, false sharing, pipelining, and memory barriers.
• Implement off-heap memory strategies, DirectByteBuffers, and zero-GC architectural patterns.
• Leverage Kubernetes expertise to design and deploy scalable applications.
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement Java-based solutions.
• Optimize Java applications for performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex Java-related issues.

Requirements

• Possess Oracle Certified Java Programmer (OCJP) certification.
• Have minimum 9+ years of experience in Java development.
• Demonstrate mastery of Core Java, including Java 21 or higher (Java 25 preferred).
• Have experience working with Distroless Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understand memory management concepts, including off-heap memory strategies and zero-GC architectural patterns.
• Have a deep understanding of modern CPU architecture and its implications for Java development.
• Be proficient in threading and concurrency in Java.
