About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced BI Architect to lead the design and implementation of business intelligence solutions, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise to develop and maintain complex data architectures. This is a full-time, hybrid role that offers a unique blend of collaboration and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement business intelligence solutions using Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Develop and maintain complex data architectures, data models, and data governance policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data lakes using SQL
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and accessibility across all business intelligence solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to promote skill development
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in business intelligence, recommending innovative solutions to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Have 15-20 years of experience in business intelligence, data architecture, or a related field
  • Possess proven expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling
  • Have experience with data governance, data quality, and data security
  • Demonstrate strong technical leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
