Salesforce B2C – Sales console/Agent console Designer Pan India · Full-time · Remote


About the Role We are looking for a Salesforce Communications Cloud professional with strong experience in B2C Sales Console and Agent Console design to deliver seamless customer onboarding, order capture, and service management experiences for telecom journeys. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience. The role involves designing and implementing console flows, configuring guided selling flows, and enabling 360° customer view.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement B2C Sales Console flows for new customer onboarding, plan/device selection, port-in, reFull Time, and upgrade journeys
  • Configure guided selling flows using OmniScripts, eligibility checks, and real-time integrations for customer validation
  • Design and enhance Agent Console journeys, including service modification, add-ons, VAS activation, order tracking, and service requests
  • Enable 360° customer view, case/service request handling, and order status visibility
  • Implement OmniStudio design, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, IPs, Flexcards, and integrating with external systems
  • Work with EPC, CPQ, and XOM

Requirements

  • Have 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity)
  • Possess strong expertise in OmniStudio (OS, DR, IP, FlexCards)
  • Have experience with Apex, LWC, and API integrations

Good to Have

  • Be Salesforce Certified: OmniStudio Consultant, Communications Cloud Accredited Professional, or Platform Developer I
