About the Role We are looking for a Salesforce Field Service (FSM) Developer with strong experience in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and B2C service operations to implement end-to-end service lifecycle solutions. The role involves work order management, scheduling, and mobile workforce enablement in telecom/service domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Field Service solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Field Service (FSM/FSL) solutions, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Service Resources
  • Configure and enhance Work Order lifecycle, Service Territories, Operating Hours, and Resource Availability
  • Build automation using Flows, Apex, Triggers, Validation Rules, and LWC for customer UI
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
  • Utilize strong debugging and production troubleshooting skills

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Field Service (FSL / FSM)
  • Possess hands-on experience with Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Scheduling
  • Have expertise in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, and Lightning components

Good to Have

  • Hold a Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certification
  • Hold a Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
