About the Role We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Microsoft Security ecosystem to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in data security, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview. Success in this role will depend on the ability to manage data security posture, create DLP policies, and migrate infrastructure to Office 365.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Data Security posture using Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview
• Create and manage DLP policies and alerts using SIEM/SOAR tools like Sentinel
• Implement Email Security and Endpoint Security Policies
• Conduct Insider Risk Management and Data Security Posture Management
• Manage Data Lifecycle, Retention, and Sensitivity Labels
• Perform Messaging and Migration tasks, including Exchange and Office 365 Administration
• Manage Cross-tenant and On-prem to O365 Migration
• Oversee Mail flow management, SMTP relay, and connectors
• Utilize Infrastructure Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and Networking fundamentals

Requirements

• Develop Microsoft Security Certifications, such as SC401 and SC900
• Utilize SIEM tools, SolarWinds, and AWS/DevOps
• Apply Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, and Perl
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, and Networking fundamentals
• Have 12+ years of experience in Data Security or Microsoft Security ecosystem
• Possess core expertise in Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview
