Full Stack Developer Trainee – AI & Salesforce Pune · Full-time · Hybrid

About the Role We are looking for highly motivated Full Stack Developers with strong programming fundamentals who want to build a career in Salesforce and Artificial Intelligence. Selected candidates will be trained on Salesforce Platform, Agentic AI, AI-assisted development, and enterprise application architecture while working on global customer projects. This role is ideal for developers who are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and excited about working with modern AI-powered development practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications.
  • Learn and work on Salesforce Platform development.
  • Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve productivity and software quality.
  • Develop scalable and secure enterprise solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and project managers.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
  • Continuously learn emerging technologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong programming fundamentals.
  • Possess knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Have experience in any of the following: React.js, Angular, Node.js, Java, Python, .NET.
  • Understand REST APIs.
  • Have database knowledge (SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
  • Exhibit good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Hold a B.E. / B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, or BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) degree.

Good to Have

  • Possess knowledge of cloud platforms.
  • Have experience with AI coding assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.).
  • Understand CRM systems.
  • Have Salesforce knowledge or certification.
