Senior Banksphere Engineer Other · Full Time · Remote

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Banksphere Engineer to join our Core Modernization team, acting as a technical bridge between legacy banking systems and a modern microservices architecture. The main focus will be on adapting business logic, enabling financial products on digital channels, and safely decommissioning legacy workflows. This role requires strong technical expertise and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, modify, and optimize transactional workflows and business logic within the Banksphere environment.
  • Configure and adapt Banksphere layers to expose financial products onto web channels.
  • Analyze and safely shut down legacy application journeys, ensuring zero operational risk.
  • Collaborate with Technical BAs and Modern Stack Developers to define API Full Times and map legacy data structures.
  • Configure transactional restrictions, validation rules, and business alerts within the Banksphere layer.

Requirements

  • Develop expertise working extensively within the Banksphere ecosystem, with at least 4+ years of experience.
  • Utilize experience with Global Position consolidation, user authentication, or onboarding flows in the banking sector.
  • Apply a basic understanding of modern integration patterns: Microservices, JSON, and REST APIs.
  • Leverage prior experience in legacy-to-modern web channel migrations.
