About the Role Administer and support Workday Learning module, partnering with HR, L&D, and business stakeholders to understand learning requirements. The role involves managing learning content, supporting learning compliance tracking, and providing end-user support. Success in this role means ensuring seamless learning administration and providing meaningful insights to HR and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Workday Learning module, including course setup, enrollments, audiences, and learning campaigns.
- Manage learning content such as courses, programs, certifications, and curricula.
- Support learning compliance tracking and recurring learning requirements.
- Troubleshoot learning-related issues and provide end-user support.
- Partner with HR, L&D, and business stakeholders to understand learning requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom Workday reports.
- Build and enhance Workday dashboards to present meaningful insights to HR and leadership.
- Extract, analyze, and present learning data such as completion status, participation metrics, and compliance trends.
- Assist with Workday releases by testing new features related to Learning and Reporting.
- Document configurations, reports, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards.
- Manage learning content and support learning compliance tracking.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot learning-related issues.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand learning requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and adherence to Workday reporting best practices.
- Assist with Workday releases and document configurations.
- Have 3-5 years of experience working with Workday, with strong exposure to Workday Learning.
- Have hands-on experience in Workday Reporting and Dashboards.
- Have a good understanding of Workday security roles and domain configurations.
- Possess strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Be able to translate business requirements into Workday configurations and reports.
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
- Have Workday Pro or Learning certification.
- Have experience supporting L&D or HR technology teams.
- Have exposure to Workday integrations or calculated fields.
- Have experience in enterprise or global Workday implementations.
