About the Role The NAC Engineer (L3) will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting ForeScout NAC policies and appliances, integrating NAC with network switches and security tools, and providing L3 support for complex NAC issues. The role requires strong hands-on experience in ForeScout NAC implementation and L3 troubleshooting, as well as excellent communication skills and analytical abilities. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to ensure NAC high availability and failover readiness, and to resolve issues efficiently through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot ForeScout NAC policies and appliances.
• Integrate NAC with network switches, Meraki devices, and other security tools using eyeExtend Modules.
• Perform health checks, maintenance, and ensure NAC high availability and failover readiness.
• Provide L3 support for complex NAC issues, including SecureConnector agent troubleshooting across Windows/macOS/Linux.
• Integrate and manage Active Directory within NAC for authentication and policy enforcement.
• Maintain digital certificates and support secure communication.
• Document processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Have strong hands-on experience in ForeScout NAC implementation and L3 troubleshooting.
• Possess a solid understanding of network switching concepts and NAC enforcement workflows.
• Have working knowledge of Active Directory integration.
• Demonstrate strong Linux troubleshooting capabilities.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Information Technology or Information Security.

Good to Have

• Have experience with Delinea PAM implementation and troubleshooting.
• Be able to manage Linux/Windows/AD service accounts via Delinea PAM.
• Be familiar with remote password rotation in PAM environments.
