Microsoft Dynamics Consultant (D365 F&O / Business Central / NAV) Pan India · Full Time · Remote
About the Role We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Microsoft Dynamics ERP Support Consultant to join our Application Support team, responsible for supporting and maintaining a portfolio of Microsoft Dynamics applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP application support and strong functional understanding of business processes. The role requires working closely with end users, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure stable and efficient system operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Microsoft Dynamics ERP applications.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve production issues, service requests, and user-reported incidents within agreed service levels.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor application health and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
- Validate system changes and enhancements before deployment to production.
- Troubleshoot issues related to warehouse transactions, inventory movements, and order fulfillment processes.
Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics ERP applications.
- Have hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Have a strong understanding of Finance, Payroll, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, or HR business processes.
- Have experience working in an Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) or Production Support environment.
- Have experience handling incidents, service requests, problem management, and change requests.
- Be familiar with ticketing and support management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
