Salesforce B2B Commerce Technical Lead Bangalore · Full Time · Remote


About the Role The Salesforce B2B Commerce Technical Lead will design, implement, and configure Salesforce Commerce Cloud, leveraging strong understanding of the Salesforce platform. The role involves leading and mentoring teams, communicating technical concepts, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver successful implementations. The goal is to translate business requirements into technical solutions, driving B2B commerce processes and best practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions, especially B2B Commerce
  • Configure and develop custom solutions using declarative configuration and Apex
  • Create and document technical architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and troubleshoot issues
  • Lead and mentor teams, communicating technical concepts effectively
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including integrated teams, vendors, and senior leadership
  • Design solutions to automate or integrate Salesforce with 3rd party systems
  • Implement and roll out Salesforce modules for global customers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and configuring Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including declarative configuration and custom development
  • Ability to create and document technical architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams, communicating technical concepts effectively
  • Understanding of B2B commerce processes, best practices, and industry trends
  • Proficiency in various Salesforce and 3rd party tools
