About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and guidance to our Salesforce development team. This role requires a proven track record of leading complex Salesforce projects and mentoring junior developers. The Technical Lead will drive technical excellence, ensure best practices, and oversee the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.
Architect scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce enhancements and new builds.
Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to architectural standards.
Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and other technical teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps.
Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the stability and security of Salesforce applications.
Stay abreast of emerging Salesforce technologies and trends, recommending strategic adoption.
Act as a technical subject matter expert for Salesforce, providing guidance and expertise on complex issues.

Requirements

Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Possess Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Agentforce Innovator Badge.
Have hands-on experience in Agentforce POCs.
Have proven experience in a technical leadership role for Salesforce projects.
Demonstrate deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
Have extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.
Be proficient in Salesforce integration patterns and have experience with various integration technologies.
Have experience with Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Understand release management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles in Salesforce.
Possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Be able to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Hold Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer II.
