About the Role The Senior Salesforce Architect will play a key role in designing and delivering end-to-end transformations on the Salesforce platform, including B2B and B2C experiences, information management, and multi-cloud strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure alignment with the organization's broader strategy. The role involves developing high-quality solution artifacts, collaborating with stakeholders, and designing integration patterns for external applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end transformations on the Salesforce platform, including B2B and B2C experiences, information management, and multi-cloud strategy.
• Develop high-quality solution artifacts, including architecture principles, recommendations, constraints, risk/issues, and mitigations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business, IT, designers, developers, and testers, to enable decision-making and create solutions that meet implementation objectives.
• Design integration patterns for external or third-party applications, such as SAP.
• Produce low-level designs for technical leads and developers, adhering to high-level and low-level design principles.
• Review the work of technical delivery teams, guide and troubleshoot as needed.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities within Salesforce solutions.
• Architect and design scalable and robust AI-powered solutions leveraging Salesforce platforms.
• Liaise directly with business users to understand, debug/analyze, and resolve enhancement, project, and support-related requests and incidents.
• Maintain application-related support and knowledge documentation as required.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in solution architecture, with expertise in designing solutions and delivering end-to-end transformations on the Salesforce platform.
• Expertise in working with the Enterprise Architecture team to review solutions and ensure alignment with the organization's broader strategy.
• Experience in developing high-quality solution artifacts, including architecture principles, recommendations, constraints, risk/issues, and mitigations.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns for external or third-party applications, such as SAP.
• Experience in producing low-level designs for technical leads and developers, adhering to high-level and low-level design principles.
• TOGAF Certified or equivalent Enterprise Architecture Certification.
• Salesforce Certified Architect (all required Application and System Architect Certification).
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist & Agentforce Innovator Badge.
• Extensive experience in Lightning Development, including built/understanding Lightning Web Component Framework and LWR sites.

• Experience in Data Cloud implementation and strategy in a multi-Org environment.
• Experience in designing solutions to automate or integrate Salesforce with 3rd party systems using either out-of-the-box features.
• Proficient in recommending right AppExchange products.
• Desirable, Salesforce B2B Solution Architect.
• Desirable, Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Marketing Cloud & Salesforce B2B Commerce.
