Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope and timeline for each project.
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Work with product owners and project managers to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
• Help teams implement changes effectively.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
• Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it.

Requirements

• Hold a B. Tech in computer science or MCA.
• Be a Certified Scrum Master.
• Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the Scrum Master role.
• Possess a good understanding of agile principles.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Be familiar with software development.
• Have excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
• Exhibit excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
• Show problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
• Possess outstanding organizational skills.
• Understand software development.
• Have experience with implementation projects.
