About the Role The Engineering Delivery Manager / Director will lead large engineering teams and drive enterprise delivery, leveraging a strong hands-on background in technology and understanding of AI. The role requires excellent communication skills for stakeholder and client-facing interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large engineering teams to achieve delivery goals
Drive enterprise delivery with a strong understanding of AI and its applications

Discuss AI use cases, particularly in the SDLC
Manage teams to deliver high-quality results

Requirements

Manage and lead large engineering teams
Have a strong hands-on background in .NET, React, and Azure
Have experience in enterprise delivery
Possess a strong understanding of AI and its applications
Have excellent stakeholder and client-facing communication skills
Have 15–20+ years of experience
