About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and launch of innovative financial products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, SAP ERP, and digital payment systems, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, growth, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales to deliver high-quality products
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize product features and requirements
  • Develop business cases and proposals to secure investment and resources for product initiatives
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions and optimize performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to product development

Requirements

  • Manage product management initiatives with 8-12 years of experience, focusing on financial products and solutions
  • Utilize strong knowledge of SAP ERP and digital payment systems, including UPI
  • Deliver successful products and solutions in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record
  • Leverage excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and customer feedback
