About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced .Net full stack developer with expertise in React to join their team on a full-time basis. In this hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborating with a talented team of professionals to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using .Net and React
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient code
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of projects
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve existing systems and processes
Contribute to the development of the company's technical strategy, providing input on technology roadmap and architecture

Requirements

Develop .Net full stack applications with 6-10 years of experience
Demonstrate strong proficiency in React, with a deep understanding of its core principles and ecosystem
Utilize experience with Azure, including deployment and management of cloud-based applications
Apply strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
