Key Responsibilities-

Define, own, and govern the end-to-end integration architecture across enterprise systems

Lead solution design using SnapLogic, MuleSoft, and Snowflake

Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business goals

Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, influencing architecture decisions and integration strategy

Anchor and lead offshore integration teams across multiple initiatives, ensuring design and delivery excellence

Collaborate closely with client architect teams to define scalable, resilient, and future-ready solutions

Lead architecture forums, design workshops, and technical steering committees, driving decision-making and governance

Drive thought leadership, innovation, and POCs to modernize integration capabilities

Establish and enforce integration standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks

Required Skills-

12+ years of experience with strong focus on integration architecture and enterprise platforms

Proven expertise in SnapLogic, MuleSoft, and Snowflake

Demonstrated ability to engage with senior business and IT stakeholders and drive alignment

Strong experience in client-facing roles within offshore delivery models

Experience supporting commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, CRM ecosystems)

Excellent executive communication, influencing, and leadership skills

Ability to drive architectural governance and handle complex, large-scale integration landscapes
