ServiceNow Developer/Technical Leads/Architects Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune · Full-time · Hybrid

About the Role We are looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals to join our growing ServiceNow practice, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience delivering enterprise ServiceNow implementations. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.
Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub solutions.
Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Knowledge Base, and Portal components.
Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external applications.
Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
Perform code reviews and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Requirements

Have strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Have experience in one or more modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM.
