About the Role The Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant will lead and support end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Inventory Management modules. The role requires strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Management modules. Success in this role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Inventory Management modules.
• Design and support integration between Oracle Fusion and MES/shop-floor systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration.
• Support month-end and period-close activities related to costing and inventory valuation.
• Work with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
• Design and implement costing methods, including Standard, Actual, FIFO/Average, cost rollups, WIP accounting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Have 10+ years of overall SCM/ERP experience, with significant focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Management modules.
• Have a solid understanding of costing methods, including Standard, Actual, FIFO/Average, cost rollups, WIP accounting, and variance analysis.
• Have minimum 1–2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations experience.
• Have working knowledge of MES integration concepts and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
• Have strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Knowledge of related modules such as Order Management, Procurement, Quality Management, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
