About the Role The role is focused on end-to-end control testing across global finance processes, with a strong focus on process understanding, risk identification, and control effectiveness. The goal is to deliver YE SOX deliverables and ensure key controls are tested consistently and efficiently. This position will support SOX/ICFR compliance and strengthen the overall control environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of internal controls in line with SOX/ICFR and internal control frameworks.
• Identify, document, and assess control deficiencies, including severity and financial/operational impact.
• Perform root cause analysis of significant process and control issues, identifying systemic trends and risks.
• Liaise with senior control and process owners to clarify control expectations and discuss testing outcomes.
• Prepare clear, concise testing workpapers and contribute to management reporting and audit deliverables.
• Support internal and external audits by responding to queries and providing required documentation.
• Track remediation actions, validate closure, and perform re-testing as needed.

Requirements

• Have 6 to 10 years of experience in finance risk and controls.
• Have a strong finance risk and controls background.
• Have experience in delivering SOX compliance programs in a multinational and/or complex organization.
• Possess strong communication skills.
