ServiceNow Developer Pan India · Full-time · Hybrid

About the Role We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform, HRSD Onboarding and Offboarding, and other HRSD modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow and be able to work on various modules and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions
Manage HRSD Onboarding and Offboarding processes
Work on HRSD modules, including Case Management, HR Services, and Lifecycle Events/Management
Implement HR Knowledge Management and Employee Center / Employee Center Pro
Develop and manage ServiceNow Integrations
Automate workflows and processes
Manage Security and Role Management

Requirements

Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions with strong ServiceNow Platform expertise
Have hands-on experience in HRSD Onboarding and Offboarding
Have experience working on HRSD modules, including:
- Case Management
- HR Services
- Lifecycle Events/Management
- HR Knowledge Management
- Employee Center / Employee Center Pro
Have experience with ServiceNow Integrations
Have experience with Workflow and Process Automation
Have experience with Security and Role Management
Have 5+ years of total experience
