About the Role The Full Stack Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-grade full-stack applications. This role will own the overall solution architecture, ensuring applications are scalable, secure, highly available, and maintainable. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and project priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-grade full-stack applications using ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Own the overall solution architecture, ensuring applications are scalable, secure, highly available, and maintainable.
• Design and review technical solutions, architecture documents, and system designs across frontend and backend components.
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS, Redux, Webpack, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern ECMAScript standards.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and RESTful Web Services.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures with event-driven communication using Apache Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs with frontend applications while implementing secure authentication and authorization using JWT.
• Optimize application performance through browser debugging, code profiling, caching strategies, and performance testing.
• Implement robust unit, integration, and automation testing using JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Mocha, and other testing frameworks.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, design patterns, best practices, and secure development guidelines.
• Mentor, coach, and technically guide junior and mid-level developers while promoting engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and project priorities.

Requirements

• Have 8+ years of experience in full-stack development using ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS, Redux, Webpack, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern ECMAScript standards.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and RESTful Web Services.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures with event-driven communication using Apache Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
• Implement robust unit, integration, and automation testing using JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Mocha, and other testing frameworks.
