Key Responsibilities

• Lead global procurement transformation projects across Source-to-Full Time, procurement technology, and digital process transformation.
• Manage delivery of projects involving procurement platforms, ERP systems, legacy applications, and global stakeholder groups.
• Own project planning, governance, financials, risk registers, change logs, action plans, progress reporting, and delivery timelines.
• Drive project execution within agreed scope, budget, quality, and customer / business expectations.
• Coordinate multi-functional and multi-location teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Requirements

• Manage global procurement transformation projects with 6-8 years of project management experience.
• Possess procurement transformation, Source-to-Full Time, Purchase-to-Pay, and supply chain process knowledge.
• Have experience with project and programme management across global, complex transformation environments.
• Demonstrate technology exposure to SAP Ariba, SAP SRM, SAP ERP MM, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and related procurement platforms.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Have appropriate project management qualification preferred.

• Consulting background is an added advantage.
• Certifications such as PMP, ICP Agile, SAP MM / SRM / Ariba, CSCP, or CPIM are desirable.
