About the Role This role is responsible for leading the IT Process owner team to ensure end-to-end process setting, adherence, and monitoring across all verticals within IT. The goal is to achieve regulatory, security, and governance adherence. The team member will work to implement and monitor processes, ensuring compliance and security controls are in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead the IT Process owner team for end-to-end process setting, adherence, and monitoring.
• Ensure policies and SOPs are in place and updated for Access Controls and SOD.
• Implement common processes across all verticals for Access Controls and SOD.
• Monitor key KRIs across processes and ensure corrective actions.
• Ensure data is available for audits, regulatory reporting, and filings.
• Interact with auditors and respond to audit actions.
• Work jointly with a dynamic team and adopt new changes.
• Perform data analytics using MS Excel.

Requirements

• BE/B.Tech or MBA with 4-9 years of experience in IT governance, compliance, or process.
• Willingness to work in compliance function owning IT processes end-to-end.
• Strong technical knowledge of given domains and ability to stay up-to-date with latest technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and highly motivated self-starter.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Good to Have

• Experience with Sig Sigma, ISO, Lead Auditor CISA, Access controls, SOD review, segregation of duties, Info Security, NBFC compliance, IT Controls, Functional control testing, ITGC reviews, SFDCs, and salesforce.
