Lead RevOps Integration Engineer (Salesforce CPQ to HubSpot) / HubSpot Commerce Hub API Integration Engineer Pune · Full Time · Remote

About the Role Our client needs to migrate their entire provisioning and billing operations from Salesforce CPQ to HubSpot, and we're looking for a highly technical expert to lead this migration. The role involves designing, building, and testing custom middleware/ETL scripts to cleanly extract and migrate data. The goal is to ensure a seamless transition with zero double-billing or dropped payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and test custom middleware/ETL scripts to migrate data from Salesforce CPQ to HubSpot.
  • Develop and secure APIs using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON parsing, and secure OAuth authentication.
  • Map complex Salesforce CPQ object relationships to HubSpot Invoices, Subscriptions, and Quotes APIs.
  • Migrate active recurring Full Times and billing frequencies to ensure subscription continuity.
  • Utilize Salesforce CPQ backend objects, SOQL queries, pricing methods, and calculation sequences.
  • Leverage HubSpot Private Apps, developer sandboxes, and platform API rate limits.
  • Query, transform, and manage complex financial bulk data uploads to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

  • Design and build integration architecture for data migration.
  • Develop and secure APIs using programming languages like Python, Node.js, or Apex.
  • Map complex data schemas from Salesforce CPQ to HubSpot.
  • Ensure subscription continuity by migrating recurring Full Times and billing frequencies.
  • Have hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ backend objects and SOQL queries.
  • Possess strong working knowledge of HubSpot Private Apps and platform API rate limits.
  • Manage complex financial bulk data uploads to ensure data integrity.
