Integrations Test strategy and planning: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for ServiceNow applications, including Custom app, UI builder, GRC, and custom-built application integrations. Test automation: Create, execute, and maintain automated tests for ServiceNow applications, with a strong focus on using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). Execution and analysis: Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Analyze test results, track and report defects, and substantiate the quality of the application.

Technical skills: Proficiency in scripting and web technologies relevant to ServiceNow, including JavaScript, Glide scripting, and REST APIs. Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Consulting skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and consult with clients and stakeholders effectively. 0-5
