Copilot Administrator

Skill: Copilot Administrator No: of Positions – 1 TA POC – Rujuta Kate Key Responsibilities • Administer and support Microsoft 365 Copilot, including licensing, security, governance, and user adoption. • Configure and manage Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio to build, deploy, and maintain custom copilots and conversational AI solutions. • Administer Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse), including environment management, DLP policies, security roles, and governance. • Monitor platform health, performance, capacity, and usage while ensuring compliance with organizational standards. • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable automation and AI-powered solutions. • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate licensing, user management, and reporting tasks. • Troubleshoot platform issues and drive continuous improvements in productivity, security, and user experience. Required Skills • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot Administration. • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio. • Experience administering the Microsoft Power Platform. • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, governance, and identity management. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience • 3-6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform administration. • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft environments and governance frameworks.
