Core Responsibilities ● Design the logic and flows of the Agentforce Voice Agent intended to provide out-of-hours support, enabling user authentication, retrieving information in Salesforce, and delivering first-level guidance. ● Structure the use of the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture to ensure the voice agent properly consults the reference document library directly attached to it. ● Lead joint discovery sessions with the team and client to define future use cases and KPIs, such as Coverage Gap Analysis and omnichannel integrations (WhatsApp/SMS). ● Operate within a "Dual Initiative" framework, maintaining business logic consistency with the core stabilization team (Milena and Dario) and orchestrating technical delivery with the team.
