Business Analyst – Procurement Transformation

• Support procurement transformation initiatives and project management activities. • Work closely with project leads to support delivery, governance, reporting, and stakeholder management. • Drive daily scrum meetings, track actions, and manage project deliverables. • Translate business requirements into actionable requirements for technical teams

Skillset • Procurement & Functional Skills • Procurement domain experience in: • Source-to-Full Time (S2C) • Order-to-Receipt (O2R) • Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) • Experience in Procurement Transformation programs. • Understanding of business requirements and problem statements. • Experience communicating requirements to technical teams for product enhancements. • Technical Skills • Advanced MS Office skills: Experience with: • MS Visio • SharePoint • Azure DevOps (ADO Boards) • Program Management tools Good to have: • SAP Ariba • SAP Fieldglass • Power BI reporting and dashboard development capability • Business Analyst & PMO Skills • Data analysis and reporting. • Management-level presentation preparation. • Excel-based reporting and analytics. • RAID log management. • Meeting minutes preparation. • Action tracking and project coordination. • Daily scrum facilitation. • Agile project delivery experience. • Multi-project and multi-workstream management. • Soft Skills • Excellent communication skills. • Strong stakeholder management. • Ability to influence at strategic and operational levels. • Self-motivated and highly organized. Qualification and Experience • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Procurement Transformation projects as a Business Analyst or PMO. • Experience working in Agile and dynamic team environments. • Experience supporting project leads and program governance activities. • Strong experience in procurement business processes such as S2C, O2R, and I2P. • Experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and management presentations. • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams
